Kelowna Subaru

I wanted to buy a Crosstrek, but all the local dealerships near me had weird fees and opaque pricing. I reached out to Subaru Kelowna and Kiley got back to me quickly with detailed pricing. The whole process was smooth and timely. Kiley had all the information I needed. I would highly recommend this location to deal with. Tara was also very efficient with the financing side of things.

Brian (who was amazing by the way)sold us a 2022 WRX with eyesight last year and it is by fav my favourite vehicle I have owned so far. It’s literally a smart car, so many amazing safety features and the interior is designed perfectly. I’m a big girl and it is so comfortable with way more room thank one would think. We are so happy! I waited until I had used the service department to write a review as in the past with other vehicles(not Subaru as this is my first) have not been the best experiences. My experience with Kelowna Subaru service department has been top notch. They make you feel like family and have gone above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. I cannot say enough great things about both the sales and service here. Thank you guys for taking good care of me!!

I wanted to give this dealership 5 stars, because some of my experience was good. The sales people were nice, but not helpful at all with issues like a loud squeal on the front passenger wheel, totally denied it (bad ball joints and front end problems..). Had the service manager come tell me it's nothing and that they've been doing this for so many years. The noise seemed to come and go, so deferred to your shop's greater knowledge than me of your vehicles and trusted Subaru quality. The rear view mirror was partly coming off, and I was told they would "see what they could do". Nothing was done. I bought the Forester, which was not new, but I trusted you guys to sell me a safe and road-worthy vehicle. Right away, the noise came back, and my requests for help were met with lip service from Gary. Finally, frustrated, I drove 3 hours to another town to have a different Subaru dealership take a look. This is where they found out both ball joints were bad and my engine too. This was after the vehicle has it's 100,000 km service package done, and I was told the thing was completely detailed and inspected. I guess nobody noticed? Bad ball joints, bad engine, and vehicle had a bunch of dog hair inside. I can clean the hair myself, but I am forever doubting this vehicle and anything they told me was done to it. I acknowledge this was a trade in and you guys likely lost money on it having to replace the ball joints and the engine, but who sells a vehicle like that? What if we were hurt driving this thing home or lost the engine going over mountain passes? Why sell something so unsafe? I appreciated the loaner vehicle while it was fixed, and the cost of the repairs you guys incurred to sell it to me. Nobody even followed up with me after replacing the engine. I emailed the GM for help and she didn't bother to reply.

If your in the market for a new Subaru, going anywhere other the Kelowna Subaru will cost you thousands more. Getting your hands on a new Subaru in this day is a challenge if at all possible. Alot of the models have 6 months to a year wait times. And all the big corporate dealers know this. As a result they charge dealer fees, finance fees, and pre install paint protection packages and anything else you can name. The results of that make cars from other dealerships anywhere from 2500 to 4000 dollars more for the same New Car. It says so much to the ownership of this dealership to not take advantage of there clients in times that everyone else is. I can't thank Anothey, Tara, Dylan and Kevin enough for all there effort. I'm feel so lucky to have found the car and this awesome dealership. Thanks again
